The POPULAR BookFest is back at Suntec until 18 December

For precious photo opportunities before Pikachu’s special appearance, the following characters will be at the event:
- Candy Meow – 9 Dec, 5pm-6pm
- Dog Man – 11 Dec, 4.30pm-5.30pm
Take pictures of your kids posing adorably with the mascots and see if you can get them an autograph.
On the last day of the event, 18 Dec, families can even meet Santa Claus himself at the Jolly Kids Party, which runs from 10am to 12pm.
While their parents shop, the kids can enjoy a magic show, balloon sculpting, and other fun games.
The Whimsical Christmas Market will feature more than 20 local crafters selling everything from handmade jewelry to toys and pouches.

A POPULAR BookFest shopper’s guide to prizes
Despite such a huge event often resulting in shopping sprees, some lucky customers can walk away with cash, gold, and other attractive prizes.
After entering the exhibition hall, collect a PLINKO Hunt Map and use it to locate five checkpoints. Completing tasks and collecting stamps will complete your map once you’ve found them.
