In good news for the residents and workers of Paya Lebar, there will soon be an opening of Don Don Donki in the neighbourhood.

The renovation boards of Don Don Donki have been spotted on a number of empty units at PLQ Mall as of earlier this year.
Don Don Donki Singapore has finally announced that they will open their doors at 10am on 1 June (Thu) at the beginning of next month. A Japanese railway theme is also likely to be featured in the latest store.
There are six types of train bento sets that will be available in the Delica section of the new store, according to the announcement, as well as new food concepts including trains bento sets called Ekiben 駅弁, which will be launched in the Delica section along with the new store.

There are also premium options that come with lots of real crab meat.
PLQ Mall’s new Don Don Donki store will not only be selling train bento sets, but it will also feature a Teppan Yaki Soba stall in addition to the train bento sets. Three different selections will be available from which you will be able to choose.
As well as Yakisoba, a specially imported sauce from Japan will also be used at the stall to serve its Yakisoba.
