Kris+, Singapore Airlines’ lifestyle rewards app, has partnered with ComfortDelGro Zig to offer taxi bookings in the app.
From now until 31 March, Kris+ is offering a launch bonus of 3 miles per $1 spent on their app when you book taxis.
Take advantage of a $5 rebate when you ride or spend for the first time
Up until 19 March, you can download and sign-up on the app with code <E896443>, and get $5 in-app credits after your first ride or transaction with Kris+ ($3 min. spend).
This $5 reward can be used to offset the cost of your next ride or used to make purchases at any of the 1,000+ Kris+ merchant partner outlets islandwide.
Refer to the step-by-step guide:
Step 1: Access the Book a Taxi feature
-Tap on the taxi icon on the Kris+ home screen.
-First-time users will be prompted to enter their mobile phone numbers. This will allow you to contact your driver when required.
Step 2: Enter your pick-up point and destination
-If you have enabled GPS tracking on your mobile phone, the pick-up location will automatically be filled in as your current location.
Step 3: Confirm your ride fare and complete the transaction authorization with Kris+
-The fares, including surcharges, are held here. Once your ride is complete, you will be able to make the actual payment.
Step 4: Track the location of your booked taxi on the Kris+ app
-Get assigned a driver. You can also track the estimated arrival time and location details of your taxi on the app.

For this new feature to work, make sure your Kris+ app is updated via Google Play Store (for Android) or App Store (for iOS).
After 31 March 2023, earning rates will revert to 1 mile per S$3 spent.
