The Haidilao hotpot remains one of the most beloved hotpot places to have a meal or even supper, and we are happy to share this news, especially with those who enjoy Hotpot & Beverages altogether.
Besides Singapore’s DIY dessert bar at Bugis+, the Haidilao in Johor Bahru’s Sutera Mall now has its own milk tea kiosk!
That’s right, you didn’t read it wrong. It’s no wonder milk tea and hotpot go so well together.
For now, Haidilao JB milk tea counter only serves a limited range of flavors, but more flavours will definitely be added in the future!
Currently, the flavours available are Oolong Tea with Whipped Cream (S$4.30, RM15), Peach Tea with Whipped Cream (S$4.30, RM15), and Cheese Oolong Tea (S$3.50, RM12).
However, Haidilao JB is not the first to suggest this idea.
The OG Haidilao in China was the first to start it. Self-service milk tea was invented even during the pandemic so consumers could help themselves while eating.
The DIY milk tea was an instant hit, prompting Haidilao to launch it across the country in a variety of outlets. The crowds are absolutely enthralled with milk tea, so to hear that it is finally coming to a region near them like Malaysia is exciting!
As of now, it hasn’t been introduced to Haidilao Singapore outlets yet, but given how much people here love milk tea, I’m pretty sure it will.
How excited are you for Haidilao JB milk tea?
