What Is Burnout?
A burnout is the result of prolonged, unresolved frustration and stress in the workplace that has not been effectively managed.
It is characterized by emotional exhaustion, depersonalization, and reduced accomplishments. Motivating, energetic, and enthusiastic are negatively affected. Alternatively, it is called Burnout syndrome. A majority of burnout cases are caused by excessive work pressure, overworking, and being underchallenged and undervalued.
Nevertheless, if not treated early, the symptoms may become increasingly severe and intense. In order to prevent a major breakdown, it is important to pay attention to early warning signs and reduce stress.
